2025 is here and then some

Last you heard from me, I was in the midst of a sewing slump. Honestly, I have since been so busy with life that I have not been able to motivate myself to write any blog posts.

Consider this a “catch up” post!!!! I have been sharing all of my new patterns and quilt finishes on social media (Instagram and Facebook), but I also understand that not everyone wants to use social media.

We have had a LOT of snow this winter. Making for a lovely backdrop for photos. But I am tired of shoveling. Can’t wait to get back to gardening and cutting the lawn again!

Spring will soon be here and I am so excited!!!

Cats have definitely dominated in many of my recent designs. Our old cat continues to inspire!

I am so pleased with how he turned out. Two days work and what a treat to make!

Of course when I was browsing the available patterns, I couldn’t resist a multi buy offer and opted for two additional patterns to go with the donkey.

Stay tuned for an upcoming post featuring the Guinea Pig. And maybe a little later, the goat!

But for now, my sewing mojo has returned and I am back to testing another new quilt design – Fairy Garden.
