Caravan Camping

Posted on: August 29th, 2022 by Lorna McMahon

I didn’t get a chance to do any camping this summer. But I did get working on another camping pattern!

After releasing my Truck and Camper pattern last summer, there were many requests for tow behind model Trailers. So I designed two trailer styles and a left and right facing car to tow them.

The left facing car and tear drop trailer were used on the front.

And because I chose to make the Baby size at 44″ x 47″….

I used the right facing car and retro style camper on the back.

I am on a binding bits binge!!! Most of my latest finishes feature a plain black binding, with the addition of some bits from the fabrics used in the front, to give these quilts a little extra pizzazz.

My sister helped me to get these latest quilt photos out at the “bridge out” road near my house.

Baby size finishes 44” x 47”

Lap size finishes 54” x 54”

You can find this pattern here in my NEW SHOP!

Speaking of Baby Size and Laps…. My little BABY Girl is turning 23 today!!!!

She has been a blessing to me each day of those 23 years.

Without her, there would not be a Sew Fresh Quilts.

My first quilt was made for my daughter, Erin. 10 years ago.

Keep On Quilting On!
