This Camping quilt is my favourite finish of the year so far!
We recently acquired two truck campers.
But although I LOVE fishing, I don’t have a boat.
I had a lot of fun choosing fabrics for this one!
The little wee boat motors make me smile!
This was quilted in my usual organic wavy lines from edge to edge.
Looks like it’s a breezy day!
The backing is Grey Happy Trees and Blue Toss Squirrels from The Joy of Painting collection by Bob Ross.
My Camping quilt finished at 70″ x 80″ and I am already working on ANOTHER ONE!!!
On a more personal note…
It has been over three years since we moved off the farm.
It was sold last summer and is shown in the background.
I finally received a settlement. So I bought myself a “little tractor”.
This pattern provides instructions for the Camping quilt in four settings sizes:
Baby 43” x 48”, Lap 54” x 54”, Twin 54” x 74” & Full 70” x 80”
Truck/Camper Blocks finish 11” tall x 20”wide
Boat/Trailer Blocks finish 10” tall x 20”wide
Tree & Mountain Blocks finish 11” tall x 10”wide
