Beach Time
Which way to the BEACH?
Good old SUMMER TIME!
These seagulls are easily my favourite block in this quilt.
But the crabby crab is pretty cute too!
This school themed text fabric, printed on Spoonflower, was used to make the white cap waves.
The wavy line quilting makes it look like the water is moving!!!
The backing is this Kingfisher print from the By The Pond collection by Debbie Shore.
Blue variegated thread on top and in the bobbin to match.
Back in my sewing room!
I have been doing some rearranging in here….
More to come soon!
This is the first red binding I have ever applied.
And I LOVE IT!!!
The “BEACH” quilt finished at 62″ x 74″
