Let’s Bee Social #50

Saying goodby is never easy.  Back when I took the Fox & Friends 2 out for a photo shoot it was a particularly windy day. Looking back, it seems the quilt was waving goodby even then. Back in September, I had entered this remake of my original Fox & Friends quilt into the Fall fair.  […]

Cuddly, cozy, fun and bright – The Butterfly Quilt!  I am so happy with this finish! Last week a few photos of my Butterfly quilt blocks were shown in this post.  I said, “I am already eager to start on another Butterfly Quilt using only solids!  Or maybe using a single fabric collection…..”  But now […]

In spite of a power outage, I managed to get these Christmas table runners quilted and bound in two days.  The quilting is quite dense and was a little time consuming, but sew worth it!  This first runner finished at 14″ x 49″ after quilting. The second runner finished at 14″ x 70″.  Both are […]

Winter Wolves

Yesterday….                                      I did this. And today…..                              Finished!                        And very happy… This quilt finished at 60″ x 65″.  A nice snuggle size quilt. Although I did consider using white for the background, I went with this off-white, muslin-like solid, that reminds me of a sandy beach.   The binding, a beautiful print called Birch Tree, from […]
