Flying Geese
These geese are flying north.
The wind is blowing a crisp fall breeze.
And the REAL Canadian Geese will soon be heading south.
I used some of my new floral prints for the geese and for the flying geese around the borders.
The background is a grey dot on white. and the backing is grey farm animal sihlouettes.
Quilted in my usual organic wavy lines from edge to edge on my domestic.
I attached the binding to the front of the quilt, then stitched in the ditch beside the binding to finish the binding on the back using the bobbin thread.

“Flying Geese” with border finished at 78″ x 78″
LAP Quilt finishes 66” square using Full Size blocks (No Flying geese Border).
BIG Quilt finishes 78” square using Full Size blocks (INCLUDES Flying geese Border).
Table Runner Quilt finishes 12” x 45″ using Half Size blocks. Geese Bird blocks are 10″ or 20″ square.
