Let’s Bee Social #223
Welcome to the Let’s Bee Social!
That was the other fastest week of my life!
At last week’s Let’s Bee Social, I mentioned a trip to Wasaga Beach and then to Dunnville for trunk shows and a workshop. Yesterday I just returned from another show and workshop in Sarnia. What a wonderful way to spend a whirlwind tour in the early spring in Ontario!
Thankfully, my gracious and lovely host, Nora came to my rescue and sent me these photos from the workshop yesterday. Otherwise we may not have had a post for today!
If you ever get a chance to visit with the Sarnia Quilters’ Guild…. DO IT!!!
They are such a friendly and fun group of quilters!
Now… It’s your turn for Show and Tell!!!
What have you been working on?
Keep On Quilting On!
Everyone looks like they are having so much fun!
Such fun taking a class with you! Love seeing all the creatures come to life!
Wow, so many great photos here! My favourite is the bikini blocks shot, and my favourite block is the not-ugly-at-all first red sweater and mitten blocks!
I see lots of happiness in these pictures! And such a diversity of blocks! Must do your heart good!
How fun! Cute blocks!
I love these photos.EVERY week flies by for me. I am serious… at this pace, I will be 80 years old next week hahahaokay, all of these ladies look so happy to have you there with them, urging them on. Everyones projects are just perfect, so well done!! I love them. All happy smiles tooEvery day I try my best to stuff as much as I can get done.Today my allergies (pear trees) are making me sleepy, so this is a perfect time to do robot duties (clean house) as you just do it without much whining.I hope you are having warmer days and lots of sunshine/Happy Wednesday
That would make for a fast week! Those are all lovely blocks made at the workshop and it sure looks like everyone had fun 🙂
I can tell by all those smiles, everyone had a great time! I wasn't even there and I'm smiling from seeing their smiles 🙂 Everyone's blocks look great.
I love seeing your workshop students with their blocks! You can tell from the photos that they had a great time with you.
Love seeing all the lovely blocks! Great fun for all!
Great blocks your students did in your workshop.
Looks like a grand time was had by ALL!
I love all those happy beaming faces, all the ladies are having the best time!
So many happy faces, well done Lorna 🙂
as everybody else has said, it looks great fun, happy smiley faces and great blocks
Hi Lorna, I just found your blog today, and I love your quilts! I just wanted to comment because I grew up in Dunnville, and my brother lives in Stratford so it just makes the world a smaller (more friendlier) place! Also, the DOTS gave my dad a quilt last year shortly after he was diagnosed with cancer, and it kindled my interest in quilting. I am looking forward to seeing more of your work! Thank you for your work!Willhemina 🙂
